The Tomato Cups
You will need 3 medium-sized tomatoes, 1 celery stick, 1/4 of a small-sized cucumber, 1/4cup fresh parsley, 1/2 of a small-sized onion, 1/2tablespoon fresh mint, 1/4cup sesame seeds, 1/2 clove garlic, 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, sea salt to taste, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
First, cut the tomatoes in half. Scoop out the center to remove the pulp. Leave at least 1/4 inch of the wall. Set aside the pulp in a small bowl.
Chop or use the food processor for the other ingredients. Put them into the bowl along with the tomato pulp.
Mix them well. Fill the tomato halves with the mixture. You can make 6 cups.
